Does anyone know a way to get ladder runewords in single player with the newest patch on Mac? The ladder rune words work in single player without any mods now. At least on my mac running 1.14. I don't think I can downgrade as patch 1.14 is what lets Diablo 2 run on my computer now. 1.13 wasn't mac compatible. Yesterday I was struggling to find a way to enable ladder-only runewords on single player with the newer versions. Because my system does not cooperate with older versions of D2, I was especially motivated to get it working for 1.14. Armor for runewords is usually selected based on the defense of the armor. Popular choices are Mage Plate and the lighter cloth and leather elite armors, since they have more defense than exceptional plate armor, can spawn with 3 or 4 sockets, don't slow running speed, and have lower strength requirements.
